Membrane Bioreactor, Bacterial anaerobic Fermentation L-lactic Acid
L-lactic acid is widely used in textile, chemical, feed, food, pharmaceutical, and petrol industries. The poly-lactide is easy to decomposed, it is a kind of regeneration resource for environmental protection and recycle. May L-lactic acid derivatives have been developed and show a good potential.
This know-how is applying the patent:No.01134135.1.
High temperature and detest-oxygen fermentation, speed fast, hard to be infected, low energy consumption without air or agitation.
Continuous fermentation with high cell density, feed while remove the product recycle the sugar and nutrient. To get the high transfer rate , more purified and more simple and cost-effective process.

L-Glutamine, one of the basic amino acids that compose protein, takes up more than a half of free amino acids in the body, so it is the richest amino acids in the body and plays a very important role in metabolism in organism. It is a kind of conditional necessary amino acid. Now, it has been used as medicine, healthy food additive and feed additive, and has a huge potential in the market.

Membrane technology get clear brooth, high-effect membrane demineralize the feed, ion-exchanges system and continuous crystallization at low temperature get the product in good quality and high yield.
